Worth the money
As other reviewers said this is slippery, so it wouldn’t work too well for my handicapped dog unless I put some carpet on it. I knew it was going to be slippery before I bought it. I’m sure all you have to do is buy some thin pieces at a home store and cut them to fit. It folds up fine, and I’m sure I’ll be using it for many years to come.

Sturdy and stable
This ramp is well made and easy to set up. Five stars for stability, ease in set up, and sturdiness. However, I took a star off because, like other reviewers commented, the surface is like sandpaper. Our dachshund backed up and refused to go down it. I solved the problem by buying a box of 12 inch x 12 inch stick on tiles for less than 15 dollars at the local Wally store. They look great and have enough pile on them to give some traction. Right now they are sticking with the glue that came on them but my spouse thinks we will eventually have to stick them down with contact cement. We put this ramp over the stairs on a large deck but the fact that it easily folds up means we can take it in our RV.

Not very stable.
Great concept but still a very steep incline for my senior lab. I feel the need to hold the ramp leaving no hands available to coax my dog up with a little help from behind. Maybe some sort of hook attachment at the top would be helpful?

The Opposite of Non-Slip
Though the product is durable, it does not afford any of my dogs traction going up or down. It is highly slippery even though the discription advertises non-slip. If you want to return the item, the seller makes you pay the shipping which turns out to be double the price you paid for the product. Not useful and not inexpensive.

This ramp was purchased to use inside our small camper. It is lightweight (10 lbs.) and folds, so it can easily be moved out of the way. Our pup has no problem using it. Very satisfied with this ramp.

Be aware of return policy if your dog won’t use this steep ramp
The item is built well.From the dog’s approach (75 pound Shepherd mix breed) the ramp is too slim and too steep.The dog went around the ramp despite our guiding him into the ramp, using children etc..Usually follows commands well.Be careful with holding the ramp in place.If you decide to return the ramp it will cost 75-110% of the cost.

The product was good, but the box it arrived in was so damaged the UPS delivery person apologized for it. I sent back because it didnât work for where I wanted.
