Customers say
Customers appreciate the pet bed mat’s quality, comfort, and size. They find it durable and supportive, with a soft top material that provides great cushioning. The measurements are accurate, and the bed is large enough for two 40-pound dogs to fit on at once. Many customers like the ease of cleaning, thickness, and support the bed offers. However, some have mixed opinions on its value for money.

Well made
Our dog loves his new bed. It is for his cage and he will go into his cage to sleep on it at times over his bed in my office. Have to agree with him it is pretty amazing, very supportive (yes I tried it out). We bought the 37âx 53â I think and dog weighs about 145 lbs (Great Dane). Would buy this bed again. Oh, the zipper is on 2 sides which makes it very easy to undress and dress the pillow

You can LITERALLY unzip this and throw it in the washer! I have washed it over and over and the quality is intense! Hank loves his bed!!!

Indeed waterproof and washable!
We have had this dog bed for more than a year now and our dog sleeps on it every night. It is not saggy, but holding its shape and still comfy. The foam seems like decent quality. We have also washed the cover many times. I love my dog, but I have to have a clean house! We tried several other doggy beds before this one and they all retained smells or turned into matted snarly messes in the washing machine even if they were âwashable.â This cover washes up nicely! And no doggy smells with this one! Also, we have tested the waterproof liner. Our dog was once sick and threw up on his bed but the foam mattress was fine – it was protected. Washed it – no problem. We also took our dog to a sitter and unfortunately, there were some other dogs without manners who went potty on this bed. I almost threw it away, but again – the waterproof liner did its job. Instead of throwing it out, I handwashed both the liner and the outer cover in a bleach solution (risky – I know, but I was so grossed out!) and then ran it through our washing machine. Came out just fine! This dog bed is the way to go!

Cheap quality, NOT WATERPROOF
Product arrived with a small hole punctured in the bottom cover and supposedly waterproof cover. I had to jump through so many hoops with how I had to email the company through the amazon portal and then provide pictures through my actual email because the system wouldnât allow me to upload pictures that it took forever to receive the replacement cover before I was even able to use the bed. When the replacement covers finally arrived, I put them on the bed and allowed my dog to use it. I purchased this bed for my disabled 13-year-old lab/shepherd mix that has incontinence issues. The first two times that she had an accident it seemed to be OK and I wiped off the âwaterproofâ cover and replaced the outer cover. The third time that she wet her bed, however, was overnight, so it probably soaked in a bit longer. When I went to change the cover, it was more wet that usual and I wasnât able to remove the smell from the waterproof liner with just wiping so I removed it to wash and then noticed that the foam insert was soaking wet with urine. It was not supposed to be wet at all. The description said the liner was waterproof, but it wasnât at all. After the leakage through the liner, I attempted to hand wash the foam insert in my bathtub. Washing it caused it to separate down the middle because it is cheaply glued together (see pictures). The foam also started to fall apart just washing it by hand.Furthermore, after washing it and squeezing it out, it never dried. I let it air dry in a well ventilated area for 7 days and the memory foam was still soaking wet! It is obviously not meant to be washed at all. This company should really consider changing their customer service procedures because the ridiculous amount of time required to communicate with âFaye,â was so time consuming and frustrating that my time is worth more than the price of this bed.The time and effort required to even get a response from them far outweighed any outcome that resulted, which has only been a replacement cover so farâdespite Faye telling me in a previous email that they would send a replacement bed out right away as soon as I messaged her again through the Amazon message portal. They should really provide an old fashioned phone number so that customers can reach them more easily. Save your time and money, buy an Orvis waterproof bed instead. Thatâs what Iâm doing after this experience.

Just buy it!
I had to throw out my dogsâ old serta XL dog bed that we loved, but it was getting torn and had to be replaced. This bed is even better! I got the 4 inch and think itâs perfect and thick enough for comfort for my 45 lb Aussie mix and 80 lb GSD to lay down together.

I bought this bed 5 years ago and it is still going strong! After my puppy chewed several cheap beds and ripped them to pieces I decided to see if a more expensive bed would be better… Well my hunch was right – my pup never once chewed or ripped this bed, he has just slept like a baby in it. In fact most of the family have fallen asleep cuddling the dog in this bed, it is so comfy! I have washed the cover and inner liner countless times. Absolutely fantastic and worth every penny.

We have 2 old labs who love there comfort and these beds are perfect. We purchased 2 large beds and they are plenty big enough. One of or labs love to destroy beds by constant scratching but these beds seem strong and sterdy and hes not managed it yet. As most dogs ours love to get dirty the dog bed is easy to wipe clean or for a good wash go perfectly in the washing machine. Very pleased with our purchase thank you.

I ordered two different dog beds (different styles and companies)..this bed arrived quickly and looked fab once unfolded and expanded. Unfortunately, my Leonberger, after sitting on it once, refused point blank to sit or lie on it again! I’m have no clue why because the bed is of excellent quality and very comfy ( I lay on it myself). I suspect it may be because of the height (not that high), my dog kind of had to clamber out and off of it. The good news now…I gave it to my Son for his Golden Retriever…well that dog just LOVES his new bed! Maybe my Leo was just too heavy for it? I ordered the largest size, again, perfect for a giant breed dog or two smaller dogs. I do recommend this product..just wasn’t right for my boy.

The bed is perfect and as described. I have a 12 year old labradore/retriever and his joints have started to stiffen but having resting and sleeping on this for a couple of weeks he is definitely more mobile and more comfortable it’s not very soft but I think that’s why it works so well. I would definitely recommend for senior dogs.

Both dogs love it! Probably longest a dog bed as ever survived that our Labrador hasnât chewed or destroyed! Not sure their hairs brush off it very easy. Or our dysons just too powerful. Isnât a problem though.
