I bought this product for my five-year-old who is having growing pains. We used to use towels warmed up in the microwave. I was looking for a product that would be comforting and cute. This product is high-quality soft squishy, and the heating pad works great. No funny smells and the warmth lasts for at least 30 to 40 minutes. Weâve also been taking this product for travel. It works really well both as a stuffy and a heat pack.

The stuffy is cute no doubt. But when you take the heat pad out and heat it up it stinks bad. And it doesnât really heat the squishy much at all. My girls donât bother heating it just sleep with the stuffy

I got this for a little extra warmth while reading in my drafty livingroom this winter and maybe use my spaceheater less often. It’s not cold today but I heated it up for a test run, put it in my tilt-back chair and left the room for less than 5 minutes. I returned to find my cat snuggled up against it. I asked him if it was now his new favorite thing and he gave me the slow blink. IYKYK. It’s his now. Orange cat approved.It’s easy to undo the velcro closure on the back to remove the “pouch” of tiny clay beads that goes in the microwave or freezer if you’re going to use it as a cold pack. Thankfully there is NO SCENT to the clay beads inside the pouch. According to the directions 30 seconds should have been enough but I had to put it back in for another 30. Bear in mind that only the pouch of clay beads goes in the microwave, NOT the whole critter. You’ll be handling the pouch when you place it back into the critter so don’t heat it more than you can comfortably handle. The back of the critter has less padding than the front so it feels hotter on the back. Note: There are NO printed instructions included so if this will be a gift you should maybe take a screen shot of the listing photo that gives the instructions and text it to the recipient.

Like hugging a warm cloud
This black cat microwaveable plushie is much better than I was expecting! Itâs medium sized, and sooo soft and floofy! Itâs like cuddling a cloud. The material is smooth to the touch, and looks and feels well made. The microwaveable pouch inside is easy to take out and put back in it. It retains heat well, and doesnât smell scented as far as I can tell. The best part is that this can be used with and without the heating pouch! This would make a fun present for a gift exchange!

Cute lil guy – no instructions
This is a cute little cat and really the perfect size/weight to hold. Well constructed but the velcro on the back pouch is a bit flimsy compared to the rest of the plush. It comes with a removable pouch that you microwave and then put back in the plushie. There are no instructions on how long to microwave but the listing says “1 minute”. Obviously that time will depend on the microwave so I started with 30 seconds and tested. I ended up preferring 45 seconds of heating.

Whatâs better than the big black round cat to make you feel better when you have period cramps or you just feel down and need a little warmth?This round flat cat is adorable. It came all squished for easier shipping but it fluffs up pretty quick once you remove the packaging.There is a Velcro opening in the back that holds the microwavable pouch. You just need to remove the pouch and place it in the microwave for a minute to warm up and then you can place it back and hold it on your stomach or wherever you need warmth.The pouch is filled with natural unscented clay beads. I wish there was lavender in there to add a bit of fragrance but it still works very well.Great for self care and as a present.
