I had to return them, not because they weren’t good quality but because they were too big for what I needed

Really disappointed
I was really disappointed in this product. Got it to use for a pregnant golden retriever going in and out of Chevrolet equinox. Unfortunately the stairs is flat now and turned into a slide, which was not good.

Does the job
This ramp is cute, I like the pattern. I did not realize it was quite so large and heavy. I wanted it because our dog (about 65#) refused to jump into the back of our SUV to go with us. Lifting her is a bit of a struggle for me sometimes. The ramp does the trick, but it too is pretty heavy. Still I keep it in the garage next to the car, so I can stretch it out and put it up against the back and she will walk right up into the SUV. So it does what we needed, just a bit bulky and heavy.

Heavy, hard to open and close
This product is hard to open and close in addition to being heavy. Upon my second attempt, the strap came flying off. No thanks.

Works great for all my dogs
I have several dogs some small active ones and other larger older ones that have hard time climbing in and out of vehicle. It has helped the little ones also by them all being able to get up in there without me having to worry with them falling and getting hurt. I had already got one of these while back and loved it and how much it has helped us all. So I got another for my other vehicle so we will always have one handy for them to use as tbey think they have to go where we do and also keeps me from having to help lift the bigger ones up into vehicle so we all have benefited from this ramp or steps. We are all happy and helped so much
