Arthritis – Efficient and Versatile Heat treatments, such as heat pads or warm baths, tend to work best for soothing stiff joints and tired muscles associated with arthritis. Heat is especially good for getting your body limber and ready for exercise or activity. Cold is best for acute pain, numbing painful areas and decreasing inflammation and swelling.
Migraine – Effective Hot / Cold Therapy Technique Migraine pain has been described as one of the worst pains anyone can suffer. Treating a migraine as soon as it starts is key to keeping them from escalating into a full blown excruciating headache.
Versatility is key, and the Relax style pad delivers. While it excels in targeting the shoulders and neck, it’s equally effective on other areas of your body, including the upper and lower back, abdomen, arms, legs, and joints. It’s like having a personal spa treatment wherever and whenever you need it.
Experience the warmth for an extended period, as the approximate heating time is 30-45 minutes. Once the pad has given off all its heat, it gracefully transitions into a crystallized state until it’s time for a recharge. The process is simple—place the pad in a pot of boiling water for 5 to 10 minutes (depending on the size) until all crystals are gone, and the pad returns to its original liquid state.
No need to fret about forgetting the boiling process—just turn off the stove once the water reaches a rolling boil, and let the pad do its rejuvenating transformation. Store the pad in any convenient location (excluding the freezer, which can cause damage), and it will remain in its liquid state, ready for the next round of relaxation.
Don’t let the stress of everyday life weigh you down. Embrace the convenience and effectiveness of the Relax Hot/Cold Pad, your go-to solution for soothing sore muscles, melting away tension, and enjoying the ultimate relaxation experience.

Two years of use and still working GREAT !!
I have used this for the past two years. I just love them, I gave one to my 73 year old mother and she also has used them for 2 years. I just asked her how she liked it, she pulls it out from behind her and said,â I like them a lot.

WRONG COLOR
Product itself is is fine, but definitely not purple like I ordered. The one I got is pink. I wanted purple!

Not worth the effort to revitalize the pad.
Good for one use and then you need to melt the crystals in boiling water. Doesn’t last longer than what you’d get from a hot water bottle. Too much effort to heat the bag in boiling water for several minutes before it can be used again. Don’t buy unless you have time on your hands to resurrect the bag.

for all you that gave it a bad review, its because you are boiling the thing
for all you that gave it a bad review, its because you are boiling the thing. it doesnt work that way…there is a metal disc floating around in the bag…you have to push it. it starts a chemical reaction which firms up the pad and heats it…

Great for travel!
I love mine. I can boil it at night before bed and throw it in my bag for when I need relief at work or on the road. It is what it is… a non electric heating pad.

Not worth the trouble
This was nice for the initial and only use. This orange rock has been lying around my house for the last four years since I got ripped off. Who wants to have to boil a stockpot full of water to make this thing usable again? I don’t and wasn’t told by the snake oil salesman that this would be required. It is the most inconvenient appliance I have ever known of. Skip this unless you want to spend hours of your life trying to extract value from this thing. Oh, how I wish that I could have my money back.

Mine has a hole in it after being re-activated 6 times. Followed all the directions, used a towel in the pan of boiled water. Is there an address for the manufacturer?
