Size and ease of use.
My dog has a hard time jumping on the couch with me after a leg injury.but It fit just so and both my dogs use with ease; up and down. They come right go where they can just walk right off and puts my mind at ease. Light weight, zip off cover for washing. Like this very much; as opposed to te junky ramp . These steps very much better.

Worst Product I Ever Bought on Amazon OMG!
I know this is not Amazon’s fault but If I could give this product a ZERO I would. Had I known this product was vacuum sealed, I would have never bought it. It was memory foam supposed to expand up to 20″ high. The package was wrapped in three layers of plastic and tape. Most memory foams do take 24 hours to expand. This one… a flat tire on one side and no where near 20″ high. It was sticky and disgusting! I wonder if that is why Amazon included a huge bag to return it it because it sure was not going to fit in the original boxes. Just awful!!! These types of products should come with a warning that they are much smaller when shipped and may not expand to the size they are supposed to be. Just awful!

Does what it needs to do
These steps come enclosed in shrink wrapped plastic. Be careful when you cut this bag or you will damage it. Once it inflates, which took 24 hours for ours, you have something that looks close to the picture. I say close because the shape is not perfect, and no amount of manipulation on my part made it so. However, that’s neither here nor there, as the stairs perform the function that they are supposed to perform. I actually got them for my elderly cat rather than a dog. She moves very slowly and cannot jump up on the bed or couch as she used to do. The stairs help in that respect.

Exactly what we needed
These stairs are exactly what was needed. Theyâre tall enough to reach about the bottom of the mattress and then they just have to jump from that to the mattress itâs maybe a 10 to 15 inch step however bigger mattresses. Highly recommend super light easy to move

Not even close
I have had these open to expand for four days now not even close to 24 inches barely at 19. This is not what I paid for or need. I believe this vacuum packing is more detrimental then helpful on these products.

does not fully inflate
Directions say wait 24-48 hours to fully inflate to size. Done that and it still likes 10 inches to be the correct size. Guess I wasted my money on this!

They dont expand as expected
The stairs come vacuum sealed, and you are supposed to wait up to 48 hrs for them to ‘plump’ up completely, however after a week they still dont expand as expected, the inside is baggy on the fabric
