Very sturdy
Very heavy and sturdy wood construction. Love the wide steps which was why I initially purchased this. Steps easily convert to a ramp. Have not tried the ramp, its a little steep for my dog who just had survey on his back leg. It is also difficult to transport (heavy awkward) so I would not suggest for portability. It’s perfect for a permanent step!

STURDY BOI
I love this. Super sturdy and easy to fold up and put away. My dogs love using this and the quality is so good that I may mot have to buy another doggy stair again! This ones a keeper!

Getting Old Sucks
I picked up these stairs based off of appearances. They looked nice, classy. Our cat needed assistance getting on/off the couch and his was the best option. The material feels flimsy but works well for an 8lb. old man cat. This item is cat approved.

Good for what it is.
Got this so my pit bull/cane corse mix could get on my bed more easily, sheâs young but had to have a bilateral TPLO. So sheâs not allowed to climb or jump too much during recovery. She weighs about 80lbs, and this works great! My reason for the 4 stars is that I wish they made the steps a bit wider for the larger size and the material they covered the steps with is a softer carpet like fabric that is kinda slick, would have been better if they just used a light grade sand paper or some sort of rubber.

Success at last!
We tried multiple ways to get our dog to willingly enter the car. Needless to say, car rides are definitely not his favorite. This wooden stair product was the first and only item he was willing to use to get into the car. It is easy to deploy, sturdy, perfect size for our 60 lb. dog and folds flat to quickly put back into our SUV once her’s inside. I would recommend this product for anyone who’s dog doesn’t eagerly enter a car or for any pet owner who’s dog has physical limitations (arthritis, leg injuries) and shouldn’t jump in unassisted.

Not sturdy
The pins fell out and the steps collapsed after minimal use. Had to replace the pins with something that fit into the hinges.

Finally something simple that works
No assembly out of the box, carpet for grip, good bright for couches and beds and SUVs. You can collapse it down. My very picky 100lb lab with sore back legs surprisingly took of it very quickly. Relief hahahaha

Poor quality
At first I thought this was going to work great. I was looking for some folding stairs so it was easy to store in my car so my dog could get in easier. When they first arrived they seemed sturdy enough, and they didnât rock or anything which was surprising to me. The bottom stair seemed to be misaligned a bit, but it only didnât tuck in all the way when folded and it didnât seem to affect the function. My dog took to using them right away for getting in the car⦠if it was dark I just used a flashlight so she could see better since the steps are black.Unfortunately, after only about 2 weeks of light use (at most my dog using it to get into the car once a day) the bottom step BROKE when she was stepping on it to get inside. She only weighs about 60lbs, so well under the stated max weight. So now Iâm waiting on another set of stairs so Iâll hopefully have a box that I can send these back⦠thankfully this happened well within the return window. Still disappointing though.
