Very Good for smaller dogs
This is quite good for a small dog. Not crazy difficult that would make your dog just dump the bowl in the floor and eat from there (yep, I tried a different product and the dog was smarter!!), but simple enough that the dog will need to work it through, so helps with a slow feed. Not sure if this would work for a big dog, but for a small dog it works fine.

This is a very small bowl! Couldn’t even try it out-way 2 small!!
Have no idea of the suction abilities, nor any other questions asked about it. I do know my 4mos old American Bulldog could not her snout into the very small bowl! I went for medium going by the description provided, my bulldog could NOT, even fit her snout into the bowl. It was way to small for her. I’ll try elsewhere. That elsewhere will be actually going into a PetSmart or other dog supplier and LOOK at what I want to buy. I wasted my whole day plus on this internet purchase!!

do NOT buy this for cats!
i bought this for my one cat who keeps puking bc she eats too fast. it did not work bc the bowl is simply too deep and some of the crevices too small for her little face to even eat out of. and believe me she tried!we also foster a lot of cats and 4 others also tried to eat her leftover food. by the time i came home from work the dish was still full. none of my cats could actually eat out of this dish. this is probably great for dogs, and advertised for both, but my sample of 5 say no, cats can’t even get their little faces deep enough to eat out of this dish.
