I love this bed, no screws to come un-done like all my other dog beds
I love the fact that this bed can be assembled without the use of screws. ALL my dog beds, even the really expensive ones, came apart and ultimately broke, because the screws loosened and ultimately the nuts fell off or the screws pulled out entirely. I have a mastiff and when the screws loosed the beds broke. This bed is super easy to assemble. I saw one review here where they said it took incredible strength to to get the bars in place. There are VELCRO flaps that you pull open to easily position the bars! I guess they didn’t notice that. I like that the bed has supports throughthe middle so holds up with a big dog. Great bed. I haven’t had it long enough to see if it holds up to the mastiffs weight. I’l let you know later. One thing, the instructions could be better in the sense that they don’t mention the velcro flaps but it’s kind of obvious:)

This is a great cot
My large standard Poodle loves this cot. He is just a 8 month old Puppy and he would sleep play and run and jump on it like a trampoline. It started tearing (because of my dog-he is heavy) I called the seller and asked if they sold just the cover and they asked for pictures. I explained what my dog did and how old he is and showed them the pictures and they immediately sent me a whole new one with no charge. They are a great company to deal with. I recommend this cot. If my large poodle would not have used as a Trampoline it would have last for years and its made very well.

Great product for the money!
I bought the large (up to 100lbs) cot in red and got a great deal for the money! Assembly was somewhat aggravating but not too bad. The only thing is if your dog chews, the mat won’t last long.

I purchased this bed for my 125 lb white shepherd Joe. He has been using this as his outdoor bed, since June of 2021. It has been a superior product. No rust, no rot. I highly recommend it.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
I ordered 2 of these. Put together one of them right away but had to wait on back-order of the dog pen before I put the other one together. The fabric piece was too short to fit over the last side bar. It is hard to get the center piece in. I put it back in the box and then found out I can’t return it. I just want a fabric piece that fits the bars but now I have to pull it back out of the box and spend an hour trying to put it together just to take a picture to show them that the fabric is not long enough. 5 people have put this together 5 times, and now I have to struggle with it again. I could cry. I am 70 years old and I just needed these for my 2 dogs. Now one has an outside bed and the other is laying on the ground. HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I get a bad product and I have to keep putting it together. So you may get a good one and you may get a totally useless piece of garbage!!!!!!!

This is a Life Changer!
This is my second identical dog bed. I LOVE LOVE LOVE this! Lucy, who you see here on the bed, has an annoying habit of chewing up any bed we’ve given her, leaving poor Sam (standing) without a cushy bed to sleep on and me with puffs of some kind of environmentally horrible puffy stuff to pick up all the time. We bought one bed to start with and they both sleep on it together, regularly, with plenty of room to spare (Sam is a lab – about 65 lbs and Lucy is a terror, uh, terrier, about 22 lbs). I usually cover it with a dog blanket to make it last but removed it for this picture. I just bought this second bed for my office, since I bring the dogs with me every day. No need to buy another one so they each have their own because they’re perfectly happy on this together. I only gave four starts for assembly because it is TIGHT, but it has to be in order for it to be comfortable for the dogs. I will never go back to those filled beds again.

Puppy loves…to tear it apart!
We purchased this bed a few weeks ago for our 8 month old lab puppy to have in her outdoor kennel to keep her off the concrete. It is very sturdy and went together easily enough. It also seems to dry quickly after it rains which is another reason I wanted to get this type of bed for her. She is a chewer, but not near as bad as when she was younger and she seemed to like lying on it. She has chewed on the plastic connectors and gets it pulled apart, but yesterday she tore off one of the pockets the frame goes through so now the fabric part of this bed is ruined. We can still use the frame so I am going to see if the company will send a replacement fabric. Even with other chew toy options available to her, she still chewed/ruined this. If we are able to get a replacement fabric, we may need to wait until she is older before we can let her use it again. Back to old towels for her bed!
