Great long lasting single ingredient water buffalo chews
I have a Rottie Lab mix allergic to most things known to man and dog. He is also an aggressive chewer that doesn’t care much for antlers unfortunately. These 9′ buffalo cheek roll chews are THE ONLY chews I have found so far that last more than a few minutes. In fact, they’d last 2-3 hours if I let him chew that long. I take it away after half an hour because it’s rich and they’re expensive so I want them to last longer a day! It does get messy once he makes it all wet and slimy with saliva but I just make him eat it on a wipeable mat. I tried a blanket and the smell and sticky pieces do not wash off well and mess up the washer. So beware! Just use a mat under and then wipe.They are not cheap but they are my only option for this dog. My other medium sized dog loves it too and ditches her beef chews to get a taste of these. They growl at each other over these treats which is rare because they are a bonded couple. She is older and her teeth aren’t great anymore but these still work for her. They both love the crunchy part wrapped onto the “bone.” I would highly recommend these, I have these on subscription. I just wish they were cheaper so I could give these daily.

My Portuguese water dog approves
These are fairly long lasting chews, and were enthusiastically received by my PWD girl. I recommend them with a word of warning to anyone with dogs with longer coats. My dogâs front leg furnishings were a sticky matted mess after chewing these. If she was still being shown it would have been a disaster. On the upside, the chewy isnât particularly smelly, and I was able to get most of the mess out with detangler and a slicker brush. Still recommend these if youâre looking for a safe long lasting chew.

Long lasting dog chew
This is my go too long last chew for my dogs that is free from rawhide. Post neuter surgery for my Aussie these beef cheek rolls were a life saver! Durable for heavy chewers, my dogs love them!!! Great to keep your dog busy. Smells a bit but thatâs a good thing with natural chews.

My dogs are what some would call power chewers. Average treats and chew toys don’t ever last more than a few minutes. I don’t give them raw hide due to possibility of blockages but these are excellent! My doges love them, they last all day and sometimes into the next day depending.. i use them as a treat so they don’t get them very often. These are also fully digestible so I dint have to stress about them getting caught somewhere in their system.

My Pittie Mix LOVES these!
PROS:Our dog Goonie has a lot of energy to burn so he gets bored very easily if he doesnât have activities throughout the day to keep him busy and would whine, (and worse case), nip at us for attention. With these, we finally found a solution! ðð»We tried bully sticks which he loved, but theyâre expensive and donât last anywhere near as long as these do! Plus, if he had more than one six inch bully stick his stomach was upset. Yak Chews he was just ok with, but I worried how tough they were on his teeth.Finally we tried these and Iâm so glad we did! The jerky wrap enticed him to try it, (even though he ate it off immediately lol), and now heâs still been chewing on the first one for three days straight, and he chews relentlessly through the day.CONS (that are still kind of pros to me lol)It is messy, as most chew treats can be, so I try to put a towel down first for him if heâs on furniture.It has a barnyard smell, which is off putting for us humans, but I really feel like that smell keeps our dog coming back for it. We had tried other brands of beef cheeks that didnât have the odor and he lost interest in those more quickly!Conclusion:Definitely buy these if you have an energetic power chewer like us! I would monitor their stool after the first couple days of them chewing on it, however, just to be certain it isnât causing them stomach issues. Good luck!

Used to be better but now fading
These cheek rolls used to have flavor bits inside, the dogs loved.them ! Last few orders the flavor bits were missing from the inside on several, the dogs didnât eat them. Should my future orders continue on this path, I will find another cheek rolls used to elsewhere. I used to buy them from Meijer but they took the flavor bits totally out. Hence the reason to buy hereâ¦â¦Iâve ordered more but will begin the search from another source. Quit cheaping outâ¦.or no more sales here.
