Good probiotic powder
My dogs are usually picky but with me mixing in the powder in their meals, they didn’t even notice! Would recommend.

Probiotic Powder For Dogs
Ordered this probiotic powder supplement for my dogs. Most of the time probiotics will aid with digestion. The powder comes in easy to use packs. That makes this product very convenient to be able to take with you on a trip. I have used several different probiotic supplements for my dogs over the years. This appears to be a decent formula that should help with digestion.

Convenient
I love having individual packets of probiotics when we travel with the dogs. It’s so much easier than the scoop able powder I use at home. And these have several different strains of probiotics, plus chicory root as a prebiotic.I’m not sure about the primary ingredient, palatinose. Looking that up, it is basically sugar from beets. I can understand needing to put something in there to get dogs to like it, but as the first ingredient? The second ingredient is fructooligosaccharide, another sweetener that’s also a prebiotic fiber. Both of these ingredients seem to be healthy alternatives to high calorie, high carb sweeteners. So perhaps a little education on the label would answer my questions. Unfortunately much of the printed material on the carton is in Korean. I hate to fault something just for being made somewhere besides the US, but I do like to have some US certifications to judge products (not that those are any guarantee). This one has no GMP seal, though it does have some seals of approval from Korea. I cannot find any information about the company online, so perhaps it is a new brand.I started out with less than half a packet for my two small dogs. They like the taste and so far no tummy upset. It’s usually good for my pups to take a probiotic to keep them balanced, so I’ll keep trying this one and update if I note any issues. Holding off on more stars till I see how they tolerate it.

Diarhea
All five of my dogs started this probiotic a week ago. I have four Australian Shepard’s and a miniature Maltese. I started all of the big dogs on a half packet for two days and the mini on a tiny sprinkle. After day three I added a full packet to big dogs but didn’t change the mini dosage. By day two- day seven all dogs ended up having explosive diarrhea. I changed to giving this to them for breakfast and it helped that they were outside but after day 10 I stopped giving them it altogether. Not sure what full ingredients are but it didn’t settle with their stomachs at all and they can usually eat just about anything.

日本販売でなにかあるのか表面、裏面に同系色の色シールで隠されてるパッケージでした。生産国は韓国ですね。プロバイオティクスの商品でパウダーですのでフードにかける、水に混ぜるのが簡単です。大容量タイプとはちがい１包なので劣化が少ないのが良いですね。使用方法は１日に１包です。内容としては完全なる薬というわけではなくサプリ、菌なのであくまでも腸内環境の改善です。注意には初回あたりは菌の効果でお腹が緩く下痢気味になるとあったので半量ずつ使用して５日ほど様子をみてから１包全量使いました。もとよりドッグフードが合わず一度下痢になってしまったのでそこからの腸内環境を整えてあげるために使いましたが結果としては時間、日にちをかけて与えるとたしかに糞の状態が良くなるようでした。糞臭もヨーグルトを与えたあとのような香りに近いです。だいぶ改善します。腸内環境を整えるには◎だと感じました。

プロバイオティクスや乳酸菌は湿度や熱に弱く雑菌も繁殖しやすいため個別パッケージで安心感があります。国内生産品ではありませんが、プロバイオティクスのサプリメントの中では、価格は高めです。ラクトバチルスやロイテリ、ビフィズス菌といった、犬に向く乳酸菌が複合的に入っています。プロバイオティクスは、多くの種類を同時に取った方が良いという見解が多いので、その意味でこの製品は与えやすいです。まだ使い始めですので、継続して変化を確認していきます。
