Perfect Rain Jackets
I have bought several rain jackets for the past years and none of them have fitted correctly. This jackets are definitely rain proof and wind proof. They also fit perfectly(Length and chest)! Keeps my dogs warm and dry and my dogs are able to do their business while wearing them.(For my tan dog I got an xs and for my Scottish terrier I got a small. )

Waterproof, great fit
The medium fits my 40lb Formosan Mountain Dog perfectly; it is just the right length to cover the entire back, it goes down the sides enough to cover her body but not so far as to bother her when she’s doing her business. The neck is long enough to keep her neck dry but still works well with our collar and leash; it does have an opening for a back harness leash, but we don’t use that. I really like the chest cover, that also keeps her chest dry and the chest strap is very easy to adjust and fasten.We’ve been out in pretty heavy rain for ~20 minutes, and she stayed nice and dry.

I purchased the 3X for a 135lb Akita. It was way too tight around the neck and there is no way to open up neckline. The jacket is beautiful with reflective piping, high quality stitching and a soft lining. Perhaps a zipper or open neckline would be helpful for XL breeds. Sad to return it.

Iâve tried so many rain coats for my dog. A few of them have been from etsy at 2-3x the cost. This is by far the best one. It fits well and keeps my dog dry. The elastic leg strap are vital for keeping the back of the coat from flopping over when he runs around.I highly recommend this product.

Great Coat Fussy Dog
This is a nicely made dog coat. My dog wears it, but begrudgingly. If I tried to take her outside to do her business, she wouldn’t do it. She was so preoccupied with what was wrapping her, she refused to go. Maddening of course. So when it is cold and rainy I took her to Home Depot and Lowes to show off her cute look. I am hoping she will adjust to feeling OK with coat on.Note: She is an Australian Shepherd and the large fits her much better than medium. I was surprised. Gave medium to a friend for her smallish Border Collie. I run through quite a few horse blankets. And when they get washed (professionally) I spray them with extra water proofing. They work much better than with what is just sprayed on them from factory. I did the same with this coat. Why am I going through all this bother? Well, Aussies coats are double and super thick. If she is running around outside in the rain without coat, it’s a ten minute job to get her dried off to damp. This cuts down on dry off time a lot. I didn’t even think of putting a rain hat on her. I know that definitely would not go over. UPDATE:She has now become accustomed to wearing raincoat and doing her business with it on. Doesnt walk around so stiff legged anymore. That’s because it has a strap for each back leg. But she is used to it now. With this raincoat, she will be 85% completely dry except for head, lower belly and paws. If you give up after a few tries, it won’t work; be more persistent than dog.

Complicated to Put on and Uncomfortable
It looks great and does a decent job keeping the rain off my dog. However, slipping over her head and then attaching all the Velcro flaps is unwelcomed by my dog and then the back leg straps are too tight and are uncomfortable but needed to keep it in place. I will try another brand soon.

This dog coat is one of the best things I have ever bought for our dogs. The sizing listed worked perfectly for our dogs so the fit is great. The reflective seams / stitching is great for night time walks. The coat stays in place and keeps our dogs mostly dry and mostly clean. Our 18 month old bordoodle has nearly outgrown his and we will definitely buy again!
