Great product & AMAZING Customer Service
We have purchased this bed twice – initially for our 5 year old dog about 3 years ago and just recently for our newest addition. The newest one arrived and it had a small gap in the stiching of the cover. I contacted the manufacturer directly via email (per the instructions that came with it) and was helped almost immediately by their customer service department. Once I had sent in the necessary info (receipt, where I purchased it, etc) they told me my order had been placed and a replacement was on the way. I expected a replacement cover only, imagine my surprise when it arrived yesterday and it was an entire replacement bed! I am so impressed with how quickly and kindly I was helped! This bed is fantastic – not a thin little knock-off that flattens over time, it stays fluffy, is SO EASY TO CLEAN – literally just unzip the cover and throw it in the washing machine! The in oldest one is still fluffy, the “fur” hasn’t matted, it still is as plump as ever, and still looks nice in addition to being just as functional as it was on day one. Both dogs love them and snuggle into them completely. This bed is just like a beanbag chair for pups! Love it!

My dogs favorite bed EVER!
So I am a researcher- especially when it comes to purchases for my dogs- who are my 4-legged children. I was reading reviews online about best waterproof dog beds and this one was highly rated. I always choose waterproof because we know that dogs eat stuff, lick their paws, or throw up randomly. I also thought this dog bed looked a little more attractive than your typical dog bed so I was excited from the decor aspect and the comfort and practicality aspect. I ordered one and was pretty impressed with the price. I have paid $200 to $300 before for dog beds. When I receive the box, I was less than impressed. Because itâs memory foam chunks inside of the waterproof dog bed itâs vacuum sealed for easy shipping. The waterproof liner seemed a little industrial feeling and I had a hard time at first figuring out how to shape the bed. I was thinking it was going to be a total flop. Once I spent some time fluffing the memory foam and arranging the dog bed in the proper shape and put the cover on, it looked a bit better. But then my dogs did all the talking. I only ordered one originally and they quickly let me know that I needed two more. They all wanted to be on it at the same time! Let me just say this is definitely my dogs favorite bed we have ever owned in 10 years. They nestle into it, and it almost has a calming affect for them. If you will just spend the time to really arrange the bed in the right shape I think youâll be very happy! The furry cover is definitely a little thinner and more light weight than some but my dogs are not chewers so I am not worried about this. I would definitely recommend!

Love this. I originally purchased it for myself as a floor pillow to sit on because my boy doesnt like dog beds but we have tile and my old bones need cushion. Love the furry soft feel. It is lumpy but very comfy and easy to settle into. I’m 150 pounds 5ft 2. I fit comfortably Indian style on it with room to spare. After using it a couple times my bio grew interested. I tried to catch him on it but hes camera shy and squirrely. Lol. He is a LARGE German shepherd 85 pounds. He fits comfortably but prefers to slide off and lay half in it and half on the tile.

Waterproof, but not perfect
This bed is a B-.I have a dog that loves soft cushy beds but pees in her sleep. So, a comfy place for her plus easy cleaning with a waterproof core was paramount for me. My rating is based on the fact that this bed achieves my two main goals at a good price.The Pros:-Interior liner is definitely waterproof. I tested it.-Very easy to remove cover AND put it back on.-dog likes it-cover is soft and cozy-price is great compared to othersCons:-As other reviewers have said, this bed gets flat in the middle.-The furry cover is very thin. If your dog chews or destroys their beds, look elsewhere. My dog likes to “dig” before laying down, which the outer cover seems to have handled well.- This bed is not really 36″ wide, more like 30″. It’s also nowhere near as tall and fluffy as advertised. In the attached photo, I have it stacked on a 36″ Costco brand dog bed. It’s a bit taller than that but also has a smaller diameter. My dog loves cushions (and is spoiled) so she was used to a stack of 3 beds. This bed replaced 2 of them.

Definitely worth 5 stars! Iâve got mostly pros & will address common cons listed in other reviews.Pros: I love that the slip comes off & can be washed. I had a very similar dog bed for her before, but the slip didnât come off & it only lasted a year. The bed has a âwaterproofâ cover. Iâm assuming itâs more âresistantâ than proof, itâs listed as both. I suppose time will tell & will update on the longevity of the product.Pro: The stuffing is chunks of memory foam is super comfy!Pro: The cover is very soft; my dog immediately took to it & sheâs picky with beds. (She thinks sheâs a human & usually prefers the couch or our bed)Potential con: the waterproof cover is slightly noisy (really ever so slightly I donât know why some reviewers were freaking out about this. I never would have noticed had I not read it beforehand)Only REAl con that Iâve seen: & this is not on the product so I will not be removing stars. It is so irritating the way amazon packs sometimes. It was already in a box that would have been fine with a label, but the box was put in another bigger box. This is a simple fix & is really only costing more money (not a subtle hint amazon)

Not comfortable!!
I bought this for my cats and it wasn’t cheap either… The problem is the stuffing they used inside.. It’s completely crackling stiff uncomfortable plastic waded up… The outside is nice and soft, but due to the inside being plastic, it just ruins the comforting effect completely… Instead of returning it. I ordered different stuffing to remake it. I like the size too…Update : the new stuffing I ordered has been lost in shipping somewhere so I can’t let you know yet how it feels.. I’m not sure where my package is??

I bought this as a replacement cover for an older round Costco bed. It doesn’t fit 100% perfect, but not bad at all. The original bed this covers is taller and a little less wide but it still works fine.

The only issue I have with this bed is a very strong chemical odour from both bed and cover. I will have to let the bad air out for a day to see if that helps. Iâve tried washing the cover to help with the smell but didnât really work cause the bed has a chemical smell. Presently my dog will not sleep on it because of odour.

Our dog doesn’t love this bed that much. Perhaps she doesn’t like the lumpy feeling of the rather large foam bits that make up the interior. As an aside, my wife hates it because the colour really isn’t great – – it is somewhere between taupe and grey.

This is a terrible dog bed. I will not be allowing my dog to sleep on it. It is not soft at all — very lumpy and the fiber fill inside doesn’t smooth out at all. Not a good product at all.
