So handy!
We bought this for our kitten to use while we camp. Sheâs still figuring out how to walk on a leash, along side her dog brothers, so this helps her be able to hang out and observe people, animals and nature while she stays safe and contained. It pops up super easily, it does use about 8 tent poles to help support it, thatâs probably the hardest part of setting it up. Iâm not sure how easy it is to fold down as I havenât done that yet. It folds down to the size of a small-medium pizza. I love that it has a top zipper, as well as a front zipper door that rolls up and secures with velcro. The zippers seem really secure! I also like that the mesh is a thicker, pvc type material. The whole thing has held up very well against her little kitty claws! She chooses to go in it all the time too. Itâs big enough to fit our 6-8 pound kitten and her bed, I could also fit a small litter box, food and water too if we needed to. I plan to set it up as a temporary home for our 2 outside kittens, while they recover from their spay surgeries together- I expect it to be big enough for a few days while they rest. The free collapsible bowl and light up collar charm were nice surprises, as well! This item is worth the money!!

GREAT play pen for my puppy!
This play pen was affordable, took me less than 5 mins to open and set up, strong assembly (I thought it may be a bit flimsy, but not at all), and they included a portable water dish and a collar accessory that lights up for when you and your dog are on walks at night! I love that itâs mesh so my puppy can see out and not feel trapped. Although easy, it will take a moment to break down to travel with it, but since it was so affordable, I just purchased a travel crate with and arm band (like a purse) and that works perfectly, so one for home and one for the road. If you want to take this one with you, you just pull the 8 sticks out and flatten it, so pretty easy! Thanks for a great product that didnât break the bank, and for the extra gifts! NOTE: there isnât any padding in the bottom of this, so I put some blankets and pillows in it.

Difficult to break down
Update: Gave it an xtra star. Once I got used to removing the support poles, it was much easier to break down.Easy to set up and was sturdy and roomy enough for my small dog. However, it’s difficult and time consuming to remove the support poles from the very tight pockets. I broke the first one. Also, I gave up trying to fold it up to get it back in the bag. If you’re going to set it up once and leave it – this is a good option. If not, probably look elsewhere. I’m going to replace the collapsible poles with solid ones so they can be easily removed.

This pen is amazing. It even comes with a zip on top so they canât jump out. Itâs portable easy to clean. So much better than a crate. I love it and highly recommend it.

Bought 2, 1 good & 1 not so good
Update: The company contacted me and I didn’t see the message for MONTHS. Even though so much time had passed the company still sent me a new one for free! Their customer service is top notch! Up to 5 stars!!I purchased 2 of these for when my two small dogs were getting neutered. One had no problems. The other came with a broken strap on the carry bag. The stitching in the slots for some of the poles was also off. The listing says it is supposed to be a tougher mesh. However, my small 5 lb chiweenie was able to rip it open and break the zipper on the door. This one also will not fold back up properly. I needed them when ordered so kinda bummed one is unable to be used again since I spent a good amount of money on them. I think these might be great for puppies but that is all.

Great for disposable or light use
I purchased these to use for whelping and love how light weight they are and how easy to set up/take down, especially compared with the ones with the metal wire frames that require twisting into a taco and folding just so in order to collapse and pack it. This has fiberglass poles which are inserted around the unit, between the top and bottom. Made of nylon, they aren’t fully waterproof and I put them on top of a tarp to protect the flooring underneath. Only one zippered side entrance, but the top also unzips. Easily washed. I’ve had some of the travel bags come with seams ripping, but I don’t use the travel bags except for storage so it hasn’t really been a concern. These are easy to dispose of if you don’t want to re-use between pets. Not heavy duty enough for an active dog, but works well for confining small pets

Just what I was looking for!
I was looking for a collapsible crate for our dog and I saw this play pen at my sister-in-law’s home. This collapsible pet playpen was exactly what I was looking for for our trip across the country. Many hotels require that the dog be crated if it is to remain in your room. Our dog is a “free range” dog and does not like to be penned up. This playpen is large enough that she feels comfortable and the mesh sides allow her to look out and not feel that she is in a “container”. It goes together easily and is very sturdy. Ours also came with a few extra gifts, a collapsible dog bowl, and small light to attach to the dogs lead for safe walking at night, not to mention the nice carrying case. I would definitely purchase this again.

Great product, poor customer service.
This playpen was one of the first items we purchased for our pup and of the best items. He did much better with âcrateâ/sleep training once he had something more cozy than a traditional crate and it has plenty of space for a bed and a pee pad. Itâs way easier to clean since it is water resistant and can be wiped down and vacuumed. Itâs easy to assemble but unfortunately not as easy to take down. Two of the sticks broke while I was disassembling it so Iâm hoping to hear back about replacement sticks because I would gladly purchase a backup set. Overall a useful and convenient product.EDIT: I reached out to inquire about purchasing replacement sticks and was told they would send replacements. After a month of not receiving them, I reached back out and was told they would send them again. After another month of not receiving them, I reached out to ask for a status update and have been ignored. Incredibly disappointed in the poor and dishonest costumer service. I was willing to pay for the replacement sticks to keep this product, but the playpen is now unusable and my experience has been soured.
