So right off the bat, we do NOT use this the “normal” way – our pibble boy is a rescue and he’s an old man at this point. He’s about 9 years old and grew up pretty malnourished and neglected, so he has weaker muscles than he should and he’s a little too old to really exercise the way he’d need to for his muscles to get big and better developed. He’s much more into napping than running, but we walk him up and down our hill-filled neighborhood and that’s about the amount of exercise he can handle. So, if we were to give him the recommended amount of this every day, he’d put on weight and poop a lot and that’s about it.So, instead, we just use it to supplement his food once a day just a little bit. He loves the smell and taste, he gets so excited when he sees us sprinkle about a scoop over his dry food at lunchtime, and he literally licks his whole bowl clean every time. More importantly, it gives him a noticeable boost in his energy within an hour or so – when we brought him home with us (and for months afterward) he would nap the day away and his walks were short. He’d be so tired he couldn’t make it up the first big hill, and he’d collapse on the cool tile of the kitchen floor the second we walked in the door. But, since we got this stuff and started adding it to his lunch, his walks have gotten longer and longer and we find him generally more excited to explore than he ever was before. He even still has energy when we get home – he still lays on the kitchen floor, but he’s much less out of breath and he hops right up as soon as we look like we’re leaving the room. He’s also lost a little of his belly/rib fat and he’s stopped gaining weight according to our last checkup at the vet. He was putting on maybe five or six lbs between visits, but his weight hasn’t changed in a month. I expect it to go down a little bit by next time, now that he’s energetic enough to want to walk so much farther and faster.This supplement powder is the only change that we’ve made in his diet in months, it’s the only explanation for why he’s been getting so much healthier. Again, we’re not even really using all that much, only about half the daily recommended amount, and slightly irregularly (not quite every day, more like 2/3 or 3/5 days). And he’s SO much happier now. He even jumps up onto the bed now, which he could never do before. He used to just look up and pout until I got off the bed and gave his butt a boost so he could slowly climb up, now he just does a little running circle and hops up.It’s a night and day difference, we’ll be using this stuff forever now.Bonus usage – our lil man takes pills at breakfast and dinner for his thyroid. He takes them really good, he’s not picky or suspicious, but we discovered after about a month that he’s allergic to chicken. Not severely, but enough that he sporadically threw up, which meant he wouldn’t hold down his important pill sometimes. So we mixed this with natural peanut butter to make a sort of thick play-doh type of thing, then we rolled it thin using wax paper to keep it from sticking, then we cut it into little rectangles that were easy to fold over his pill. He generally just licked at peanut butter by itself, but since this was more like a chewy solid he ate it up much easier. He also went nuts for it whenever he smelled it, something about beef and peanut butter smells together just really does it for him. So if you have any picky pill pups, try mixing this with natural peanut butter and it’ll probably do the trick.

My dog Sonny gained a ton of weight within a year. He was borderline obese and despite being only 3 years old, he never wanted to play or run and he couldn’t jump on the bed or couch without my help. I’ve always kept the food bowl full with all of my dogs and they eat when they’re hungry and I’ve never had a problem with their weight. Sonny however compulsively ate everything I set out. That mixed with too many treats got us to where we are. About 3 months ago I started scheduled feeding and measured out his food to the vet’s recommendation. He’s been slowly losing weight but hasn’t been as active as I’d like for him to be. I started looking into vitamins and came across this. I liked that I could mix it into his food because none of my dogs have ever liked the treat form of vitamins and I’m familiar with the bullymax brand. I’ve been mixing this with his food for about a month now and this last week I can finally see a difference. His coat is shinier and he’s not as itchy or flaky anymore. He’s been running and playing like crazy and he jumped on my bed for the first time in forever. Overall he just seems happier and excited about life again. I know this is a mix of him losing weight also but I haven’t seen this drastic of a difference in such a short period of time since I started scheduled feedings. I will be giving him and all my dogs this stuff for the rest of their lives!!

I will give updates ny boy has a bad hotspot
Ok, I just started this supplement and I hope it really work. My dog has bad hotspots and I feel super bad for him. I bathe him with medicated shampoo and I also spray him with a hot spot spray. please I pray this not a scam. I hate to see my boy patchy so what I will do is review this in about 3weeksto show progress. If I do not see any then I will update this review. Update 04/02/20 OMG my dog hair is really growing back I stopped using solid gold and only use this supplement daily I doubled the doses and feed it to all 3 dogs. I am amazed at how this product has helped with my dog. He isn’t as itchy but when he does get itchy I soray him with a hotspot spray!! Thanks so much bully max. I ordered some more as well to last until his hair is all the way back. I bathe him once a week with a medicated shampoo as well
