The Best Harness I Ever Owned – Get it!
We recently got a zip-line restraint for the car and didn’t feel safe hooking it to his collar. So, we needed a harness, but one that was easy to put on and take off for when he is in the car. I took a chance on this one, and it is magic. It is super easy and fast to put on, comfortable fits my large chested German Shorthaired Pointer (even over his winter coat), and works perfectly with the zip-line restraint. I was so impressed that I started using it to walk him as well. It has proven itself to be the best harness yet, and I’ve gone through at least five others over the past few years. When it comes to keeping the dog from pulling it is no more effective than the prior harnesses designed to do this. However, unlike the prior harnesses, the side ring is on top and in front of the chest instead of below the chest. So, when I do use it, it remains snug and my dog cannot stretch and step out of it as with every other side pull harness. If you need a stylish, well fitting harness that is super easy to put on and take off, then get it!

I have used this harness for years. The dogs actually love it when they see me reaching for it on the hook. They know something fun is about to happen.This is a high quality, durable, comfortable AND very easy to put on harness. Our first Joyride Harness
This was our first Joyride harness for our dog. Since these are safer for dogs who have trachea issues I decided to scoop one up for him. We havenât tested out yet as I just got it yesterday and itâs been raining here all week. The color is vibrant which i like. Seems very durable as the size large is heavier and thick. Not sure how the reflective tape will hold as it seems to be coming off the front strap. The little plastic pocket sleeve on the harness has a flaw which I donât care for as itâs of no use to me. Size fits seems to fit especially after I measured and compared it to the sizing chart. Only time will tell on how long itâll hold but for now this will do.

Very nice harness,well made. It’s quick and easy to put on. My only dislike is the tag area, I don’t like the cardboard tags in the plastic cover. I wish it was velcro so I could use more tag options

Broke after 3 months! Poor customer support from Joyride company initially
The buckle cracked in one place which now allows the buckle to suddenly come undone and my dog can slip out of the whole harness! I contacted both Amazon and Joyride Harness company and no one will help correct this! This is dangerous and not reliable. They say they have a 365 day warranty on their company website, but if you buy it here on Amazon, you will have to fight for any help. Joyride Harness customer support’s response to me when I asked for help with an exchange or even just a replacement buckle was initially quite poor:Hi B,We hope this email finds you well. Best Harness
We bought this harness for a very active 8 month old Frenchie. We have 2 older Frenchies at home that have a different brand of harness. Joyride harness is pricey but there are several features on this harness that appealed to me so I spent the extra money. It was money well spent! This is very easy to put on, a must when dealing with an excited puppy who knows he’s going someplace as soon as he sees it! Also, the handle is a brilliant idea. I’ve had to use the handle more than once to keep him from jumping. The chest strap is excellent for this breed because it doesn’t come close to their throat. He doesn’t pull when he walks on the leash. I highly recommend this for any breed. I replaced the harnesses for my other 2 dogs with Joyrides also.

Although it fit, the position of the clasps make this a very uncomfortable harness. The size of the clasps are large which exacerbates the problem. I also did not like the manner in which the Velcro attached. It would only have taken a few walks before my dogs would have balked at having them on. Something no dog owner would appreciate. I bought two and am considering donating them both to the local dog shelter. Just not sure thatâs fair.This is the very first time Iâve written a negative review. I usually just signify a number and say nothing. I did read several reviews before deciding to buy the halters anyway. Big mistake. Iâm writing this, hopefully to reduce the chance someone else will have the same problems.
