Versatile
I originally ordered for an outdoor cat that had shown up and it was a hot summer. He hasn’t used it so I brought in and it was well received by a couple of the cats. I took longer than needed to assemble but it is sturdy and cute and functionable hood/cover. I have it over a floor vent and the cats love it there. The mesh design lets more heat through than I get with a cat laying on it, and the style is cute and it has turned out to be versatile. Glad I ordered.

Seems nice, but our cats wouldn’t use it
This COODIA Cat Bed, Cat Hammock, Free-Standing Elevated Pet Hammock Bed looked like such a cool item when I saw it on Amazon, I just had to order it. My wife and I have three cats, and all of them like cozy, soft sleeping areas to curl up in, so I was sure we had a winner here!The bed, which requires some assembly, went together VERY easily. There weren’t even any screws nor other assembly hardware required: everything just kind of snapped together. The finished product was solid, with no wobble at all in the construction. I remember thinking that even the heaviest of our three cats could easily be supported by the structure.One of our most curious kitties (Mia) was watching me as I was putting it together, and when I placed the bed on the floor I thought for sure that she would hop in immediately. To my surprise, however, she sniffed around it and then just walked away (brief video clip attached to the review). Hmmmm. One by one I presented it to the other two cats, and their reaction was pretty much identical. I kept trying over the next couple of days in different locations – still no takers. It’s been sitting in various places in the house for almost a month since then, and none of the cats have used it yet. Very curious. Maybe the weather has been too warm? We’ll try it again when the weather gets cooler…In the mean time, I don’t have any clue what about this bed prompted this universal reaction, but I can see in other reviews that some cats love it. To any prospective buyer I would suggest giving it a try – it really is a well-made product that SHOULD be very comfortable for small to medium sized cats and small dogs.

Cats compete for who gets this
From the moment I set up this little cat bed, my two cats have fought over who gets to lay in it. Its so light weight that I can easily move it around the house, which makes it even more interesting. So for the price, this was exactly what i wanted. Even better than the box it came in

my cats love it
I got this product to try and it was an instant hit with all my cats. The hammock is sturdy and well built, i have large frame cat that weighs about 14 pounds and he lays on it without trouble. The canopy can be move up or down and the hammock itself can be taken apart and wash the fabric. Also the hammock comes with nonskid pads on each side of the hammock so if your cat runs and lands on it it does not skid or rolls. I loved it so much I purchased a second one.
