good concept, bad design choice.
the location of the spring at the dogs collar might protect the seat from getting scratched by the sharp edges, but it does nothing to protect the dog from those same edges. plus it a pretty heavy spring to have hanging from a small dogs neck.

Seat belt cable with a heavy duty spring to soften any unexpected movements.I liked the locking carabiners to ensure that the cable doesn’t come off of thedogs harness. Both as a leash and seat belt connector.When used as a leash it is realistically only for large dogs since the total length is only34 inches.I feel that the spring should have been on the belt connector side of the cable becauseI think the spring might be uncomfortable for the dog on the harness side.
