Best Dog Beds Iâve Found!
Weâve had these dog beds for almost 9 months, and theyâre the best dog beds Iâve found for the price. We have three dogs, one of which loves to âdigâ vigorously in her bed before she lays in it, and these beds have held up well! We bought two of the large size for the two 55 lb. dogs and one XL size for the 65 lb. dogâall with the Denim blue covers. These beds have been puked on, jumped on with dirty paws, and subjected to all kinds of doggie activities; and they are still nearly as great as the day we bought them. There is one TINY hole in the cover of the one bed thatâs a favorite for âdiggingâ and wrestling. I just discovered it last week and flipped the bed over for now, but it seems like it will be easy to fix with a denim patch I already have. I wash the covers regularly, and theyâve held up without any noticeable shrinking or fading. The zippers are super heavy-duty and show no signs of breaking or tearing at the seams anytime soon. The inner waterproof liner is REALLY WATERPROOF, people! And itâs not at all crinkly when the dogs lay down on the beds. When they have puked on the beds, I just strip off the cover and waterproof liner, throw the cover in the washing machine, and hand-wash the liner (per the manufacturerâs instructions). The memory foam inner core (solid memory foamânot shredded) stays dry and odor free. (I will say Iâve always discovered the puke within an hour or so of it happening, so I canât say whether the results would be the same if it sits longer.)(As you can see from the photo, I have put each of these beds on top of another elevated bed. I did this to make the elevated beds more cushy and to keep these memory foam beds from sliding all around on the wood floors as the dogs run and jump on them. And yes they do have three of these beds even though they all jumped on the same one for this photo. lol!)I have bought dozens of other dog beds in this general price range. The last one I bought before these was about $35 and lasted maybe a couple of months before I threw it out. Its removable, washable cover quickly tore, and the zipper broke after the first wash. The inner âwater-resistantâ liner on that old bed didnât do much except hold the shredded memory foam that made up the core of the bed. And it easily tore, spilling the memory foam contents into the outer cover. Any time the dogs puked on that old bed, it quickly soaked right through to the memory foam and made it stink. I wish Iâd spent the extra $10 to get these beds initially. Iâm going to save lots of cleaning time and money in the long run.Oh, and the dogs love these beds too! They lay on them all day. And even though theyâre allowed up on the couch, they often choose their beds over the couch.P.S. Despite being an amazon Prime member for over a decade, this is my first ever review. I just love these beds so much. I didnât know it was possible to get this excited over a dog bed…haha!

If you have other dog beds in your cart, delete them and GET THIS NOW!
This bed is amazing! The best quality bed I have ever purchased! And not to mention, so affordable. Jagër hopped on, and loved it immediately. He is 94lbs and the large is the perfect size for him, and not too big for being in our living area. The perfect day bed. The ballistic fabric is so strong, soft and extremely well made. Fantastic quality eazy moving zippers, and I love the interior 360° waterproof case (Jagër is a very wet and messy drinker…and dog). Included hilarious instructions from “Dogbed4less” you can really tell they are loving, caring people and an amazing company. I only wish I didn’t wait so long to get this!

Decent dog bed BUT if there is any chance your dog might chew up this bed DO NOT BUY
This is a decent dog bed for the price. If I could give 3.5 stars, I would. I gave it 4 stars because the concerns I have with the bed are not problems for my specific dog. I love the fact that this bed comes with an internal waterproof liner and a separate exterior cover. That is very smart. The zipper on the internal liner, however, is cheap and will not last. It took several tries for me to zip it close without the zipper teeth immediately pulling open (the way cheap, poorly-made zippers do). But the fact that the zipper problem is only with the internal liner, it’s not a deal breaker for me. I have greater concern, however, with the memory foam material. It looks and feels like it has plastic or gel microbeads embedded throughout the memory foam (the beads are like that found in body wash exfoliant – the kind that does not dissolve) so I would be very concerned if I had a dog that might chew up the bed and swallow the beads (and there are hundreds of beads through the memory foam material). Our dogs don’t chew their beds but we foster dogs and I would not use this bed for foster dogs or puppies due to this concern.

Foam bed is very good, but I’d avoid the ballistic cover for bedroom use
UPDATE 2, 7/25/2018:The seller is sending out a full replacement of the original bed with a different cover. I have to say, this seller definitely wants to have satisfied customers. The fact that they were proactive enough to reach out to me is very positive. I have revised my original review based on my interactions with the seller.UPDATE 1, 7/23/2018:The seller contacted me about my experience and has offered a replacement or refund, which speaks to the good customer service you should expect from them. They have not processed a refund or return yet, but I plan to update my rating to reflect the customer service if they follow up on the offer.ORIGINAL REVIEW, 6/28/2018While the bed is nice from a functional standpoint as a bed, there are a few negatives associated with the ballistic cover choice.1. The ballistic cover is noisy. Consider this if this bed is in your bedroom. You will definitely hear your dog moving around on it, especially when claws run across it.2. We got the ballistic cover for durability, but it did not prove to be any more resistant to chewing than any other cover material. Our 9 month old puppy had been using the bed since February of this year. She had already chewed up some of the corner of the ballistic cover, but had left it alone for months. She finally decided to really rip into it, even though she had a chew toy in the crate with her (as always). If you have a dog that really wants to chew up his/her bed, don’t expect the ballistic cover to be significantly more resistant than any other material. If you want the durability for something other than chewing, the ballistic cover might be the right choice for you.Considering the noisiness of the ballistic cover, and the fact that it didn’t prove to be any more resistant to damage than the covers of any of the other dog beds we’ve used and are currently using (those covers have typically been microfiber with a nylon backing), I would not purchase it with the ballistic cover for use in a bedroom. The ballistic cover may be better suited for other locations/applications.
