My dog likes them just as much as our other skin/coat supplements we had. They are a bit messier than our others but management. I would order again.

Has EPA and DHA too!
I like these skin and coat treats to keep my German Shepherd looking her best! Sheâs 11 ½ years old, but when I brought her in for a check-up a couple weeks ago, the vet complimented her coat and said her coat looked so shiny, thick, and full for a GSD her age! I like that this formula also has EPA and DHA to support brain function, which can help prevent or slow canine cognitive dysfunction (dog Alzheimerâs).

Dogs have a sense of what’s good for them based on the smell. But dogs can be fooled just like humans. These certainly get attention as a treat so I assume there is something good in them. Long term I don’t honestly know if they will make a difference to skin and coat, but I don’t think they are bad. He’s getting probably 4 pieces a day right now. Just be aware that these do crumble into powder quite easily if, like me, you carry a few around in a bag.

Shiny Coat Dog Chews
I gave these chews to my new rescue dog whose coat was very dry and flaky. Within a couple of weeks, I noticed a big difference in her coat which is now soft and shiny. She likes them and thinks she is getting a treat.

I have two big dogs. May of the supplements have serving sizes that cause us to go through them really quickly. At the recommended rate, I’ll go through this jar of 60 chews in 12 days. They’re fairly big so my dogs feel like they’re getting something substantial.Ingredients are on par for what I’d expect for skin and coat improvement. The brand is new as far as I’ve been able to find, and doesn’t have a website or social media presence. Listing says they’re USA-made, but this info is buried – needs to be more prominent in my opinion. Overall a five star product.

Larger than other brands
He loves these. So much so, that he will come into the kitchen and stare at the shelf where they are kept. We’ve tried other brands for his skin and coat and he liked most of them. One brand, that shall remain unnamed, he actually spit out onto the floor. These are larger than that brand and softer. The package says it contains about 60, half as many as the other versions. Their address is in the US, leading me to assume they are made in the US, but you can’t really tell unless they brag about it on the label. It does NOT have a made in China sticker. The ingredients are healthy enough and none of them are on one of those “do not feed to your dog” lists that we’ve all seen. He gnaws on himself less when taking these and even if it is just my imagination that his coat looks better, I believe there is no harm in feeding these to him at the level noted on the label. He is 82 lbs, which means he can have up to 3 “treats” a day for being a good boy. Been using them for a couple of weeks with no sign of GI problems. Like any new food, I start slowly – one treat on day one, then increase as I see he is doing fine with them. I’d get them again.
